**Essential** **Requirements**:

- Have proof of **right to work in the UK**:

- Have a bank account in **your own name**
- Be able to converse in English**:

- Obtain excellent skills in written English and Maths**:

- Have a **fixed place of residence** & **live within reasonable traveling distance to place **of work**, taking into consideration travel when public transport is not available

**Main Duties**:

- To **report for duty on time** and in the **correct uniform.**:

- To ensure that the bar area is **kept clean at all times**.
- Follow rigidly and **observe all hygiene regulations**.
- Ensure the accuracy of all floats by **checking them** and **reporting irregularities.**:

- To **efficiently dispense **and **serve drinks and food**:

- To **communicate our offers** to the customers as required.
- To **deal with any customer complaints **in a professional manner and to notify management of these.
- To **ensure** that the **customers** **needs and** **requirements** **are** **met**.
- To ensure a **high standard of personal hygiene** and grooming.
- To ensure that all **reasonable care** is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, guests and other persons on the premises.
- To **observe all safety procedures** and rules.
- To **attend all training courses** as notified to you by management.
- To **carry out any other duties** as may be notified to you by management.
- To **ensure that all fire doors are closed **and that **fire routes are kept clear** at all times.
- To be **aware and comply with company policy** regarding**:Fire, Health & Safety, **Hygiene, Food Hygiene, Customer Care & Security.**:

- **Deliver excellent customer service**, at all times
- Collect bottles/glassware **efficiently**:

- **Clean **seating areas, toilets, floors and corridors
- **Restock** glassware and fridges
- **Remove** recycling and rubbish from bars
- **Serve and present beverages**, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
- Assist in keeping the bar, front-of-house and toilets clean and tidy, at all times
- **Keep up to date **with current promotions and new products
- **Make customers aware of offers** on our great food and drink range
- **Maintain personal knowledge **by completing in-house training and workbooks
- Always **adhere to all company policies** and procedures and licensing laws
- **Be involved** and contribute at team meetings

**Occasional Duties**:

- To **attend meeting/training sessions **as required.
- To **carry out any other reasonable request** made by Management.
- During peak times it **may be necessary** to work in other similar related departments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-20 per week

**Salary**: £8.00-£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
