As the Resourcer working in our Construction and Civils department you will work with the team to ensure the delivery of safety conscious, skilled and competent workers to perform their roles effectively and deliver projects successfully.

On a day to day basis you duties will involve:

- Safety Critical staff are to be called and availability confirmed to ensure effective and efficient rostering of workforce
- Ensuring workers fully understand their role with the client, health and safety requirements, competence for the role, location, time and duration of works. All workers are fully compliant with the correct tickets and equipment for the role.
- Ensuring that all required worker, client and booking information is input to Company database and systems as required
- Ensuring that client deadlines met in returning order confirmations and name changes as set by each client
- Actively chase orders and purchase orders from clients.
- Check weekly payroll, identifying any issues prior to payment.
- Work with RSS Fleet Manager to make sure the right vehicles are made available to the correct staff at the right time.
- Clear communication with fleet department on who and which vehicles are being used, and payroll dept. for timesheets orders and amendments. Resource team are not authorised to amend pay rates without written authorisation from a Director.
