Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this opening for an **Operations and Logistics Administrator** is a vital hire for our client who works within the events space.

**Benefits**:

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Salary guide: £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

**Duties**:

- Assisting with all administration tasks related to events which includes arranging travel and hotel bookings, and ensuring all insurance policies are compliant
- Supporting with logistics planning for events, working with the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries and collections
- Attending projects meetings to take meetings and better understand event requirements to support your planning activities
- Managing the resource calendar, and overseeing the rental and freelance database to arrange resources, labour and hire equipment
- Covering the hire desk team, when required, which includes handling enquiries, booking hire equipment, and providing in-depth quotations

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a previous logistics and administration role, with a good understanding of overall operational excellence
- Demonstrates strong administration and planning skills and is capable of working with accuracy
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships internally and with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Possess excellent time management and organisation skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Tenacious, resilient, adaptable and solutions-driven
