We have an opportunity for an experienced and organised individual to join our Wrexham office and ensure the efficient running of the offices on a day-to-day basis.

In this varied role, you’ll be ready to put your talents to a range of tasks to help maintain the smooth running of the office from arranging refreshments for meetings to managing the health and safety for all staff and visitors at the premises. As partof the role, you will also manage the facilities and ensure that all planned and reactive maintenance is carried out with mínimal disruption and oversee the security, building, cleaning and sanitation services.

With a good understanding of finances, you will review supplier contracts and purchasing to ensure all services and products are cost effective and within our pre-agreed budgets. A strong communicator, you’ll feel at ease liaising with internal and externalstakeholders, demonstrating a customer-focused approach, as you develop positive working relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service at front of house. You’ll also be the main point of contact for new starters, assisting with inductions andensuring that all individuals receive the relevant training and that all staff are aware of health and safety regulations.

You’ll have experience of managing an office and facilities services, including health and safety risks. IT literate, with good working knowledge of MS Office, you’ll have basic knowledge of IT / audio visual equipment. Approachable and confident, you willbe accustomed to delivering excellent customer services both face-to-face and over the telephone / video calls and will be able to work collaboratively with team members across different locations.
