An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an internationally renowned company at its UK manufacturing base in Llay, Wrexham. Sharp has been manufacturing in Llay for over 35 years and currently manufactures a range of premium electrical products.

As Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator working within the Directors Office your duties will include:

- Providing a confidential business support service to the Managing Director.
- Dealing with diary, visitor and company international travel arrangements, and managing the Company’s corporate credit card expense account.
- Coordinating management meetings including agenda setting, presentation materials, taking and distributing minutes / monitoring and chasing actions.
- Research data, analyse and report on KPIs. Manage and maintain an Excel dashboard of analytical data.
- Coordinating company General Affairs & Media Relations.
- Assisting the HR Manager with cleaning contractor management and supporting the Maintenance and Facilities Manager with purchase requisitions on SAP and contractor liaison.
- Maintaining sales price lists on SAP and supporting miscellaneous invoicing where required.
- Streamlining all administrative processes to ensure the Director and wider team consistently operate at the highest level of efficiency.
- Sales performance reporting / analytics (internally and with customers) and the preparation / layout of agreements, company letters, corporate checklists, and marketing materials.
- Manage business improvement projects within the business and work collaboratively with other departments on initiatives.

Person specification:

- Essential_
- Intermediate to Advanced user in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience in minuting confidential meetings.
- Managing conflicting priorities in a busy role experience.
- Accomplished in driving solutions with internal and external contacts with discretion and diplomacy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Report writing experience.
- First class communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
- Accustomed to booking international travel.
- Experience of providing confidential administrative support to senior leaders.
- GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Committed to delivering results to agreed timescales to a high standard.
- Desirable_
- Administrative support experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP.

**Salary**: £31,169.00 per year
