Job Description:

- **Retails Domain experience is a must.**:

- Has a sound understanding of Retail Breakfix - can understand the Retail estate and guide the tech teams during escalations.
- Service Management mindset - need to liaise with Store Managers, Technical teams, Customer IT teams
- Can manage the Deskside at the HO and Distribution Centers. - Team management of around 7 people onshore & offshore
- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience - maturity to understand the situation and respond accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Desk side service managemnt: 10 years (preferred)
- Retail Domain: 4 years (preferred)
