This is an exciting time to join Flavour Warehouse, we are recruiting for a key member of the Flavour Warehouse Board with responsibility for the development and delivery of the overall sales strategy; leading and driving all sales functions including Business to Business (B2B), Business to Consumer (B2C), International Sales & OEM, to ensure the organisation meets its strategic objectives and growth plans.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Take full responsibility for the customer and the customer interface with Flavour Warehouse Group brands, channels, and service offering.
- Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
- Ensure the sales strategy is fully aligned with the corporate strategy, is measurable and regularly monitored.
- Ensure full visibility of the sales strategy and its performance across the leadership team and other functions of the company to ensure they are aligned to support the sales strategy, including oversight of the marketing activity.
- Accurately forecast future sales and create sales plans.
- Create, set, monitor and be accountable for budgets and performance targets, ensuring managers align and set objectives that deliver against the strategic plan.
- Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales teams providing key business insights, working in conjunction with Marketing & eCommerce.
- Responsible for maintaining margin and managing cost.
- Line manage, coach, motivate and develop the sales teams in line with Flavour Warehouse Group policies and culture.
- Lead by example; empower, inspire, support, and develop your managers and teams in delivering excellent customer services, value for money and embracing diversity.
- Ensure all team members deliver excellent customer service to trade and individual consumers.
- Seek out and form working relationships with major customers as well as effectively managing and growing existing accounts.
- Construct formal commercial agreements with customers, understanding the margin impact of over riders and rebate/discount agreements.
- Monitor sales progress, exposure, and customer experience, producing and delivering regular reports for the Board.
- Provide the Board with regular market commentary, highlighting any emerging risks or opportunities relating to sales activity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements relating to relevant industries.
- Promote and ensure the good reputation of Flavour Warehouse and its individual divisions.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures within the defined timescales.
- Undertake any other tasks which can be reasonably expected in relation to the role.

**Experience Required**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent or qualified by experience.
- Extensive previous sales experience as part of a senior management team within FMCG or manufacturing industries
- Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing successful sales teams.
- Sales driven and highly motivated by results.
- Good interpersonal skills, a skilled negotiator and influencer
- Strong IT skills
- Extremely well organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Financially aware with proven ability to document and effectively analyse key performance measures.
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
