_**Cafe Assistant**_

Cook School Scotland is a 5-star Visit Scotland tourist attraction in Kilmarnock providing customers with hands on cooking experiences with an onsite café and shop. We are looking for a part time Customer Service Assistant working 15 hours per week worked over 5/7 days. Shifts would be **11:00-14:00**.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Serving customers in the cafe / giving excellent customer service**:

- **Clean tables and ensure areas and tidy and customer friendly**:

- **Work as part of a team**:

- **Keep back areas clean & tidy**:

- **Help with buffet deliveries**:

- **Prepare hot drinks & serve prepared food**
- Qualifications:_
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- 1+ years’ experience in a customer facing role is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in food and drink, or hospitality would be advantageous but not essential.
