Office Coordinator

On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Managing diary
Data entry and database maintenance
Entering stock into the system
Communicating effectively with other Departments
Adapting quickly to changes to the planning schedule
Filing and scanning documents
Dealing with all customer enquiries and complaints
Other general administrative duties as required
To be successful you will ideally have experience working within a similar role and have superb organisational and time management skills.
If you feel you possess strong administration skills, good understanding of all Microsoft Office systems, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn I would be delighted to hear from you
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
