An exciting position has arisen for a Property viewer / Inventory Clerk

This is an opportunity for a dedicated and results orientated individual.

The role includes conducting viewings and explaining the administration process to prospective Tenants/Purchasers of our properties. It also involves carrying out inventories for new tenants and completing check out inspections for existing tenants.

The role typically is 8-12 hours per week. This will include some evenings and Saturday working.

UK driving license and own vehicle are essential.

Applicants should live within 5 miles of Swindon town centre. Location : Swindon

Salary : £8.50 Per Viewing + Extras. Meaning you will earn £19.50 per hour with OTE of £22.00 per hour

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £19.50-£22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
