Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

To be responsible for the day to day actions of the team, setting targets and auditing the team. Conducting compliance checks, 1 to 1s and ensuring the team are working efficiently and offering a high level of customer service. Ensuring each member of the team are ontop of their workload and completing their daily tasks consistently. Along with helping the team out with any complaints and helping out with the workflow if the level of work increases or gets greater at anytime.
- Dealing with Landlords and Tenants
- Organising the property management team to ensure all bases are covered
- Conducting training with your team to make sure the knowledge and learning throughout the team is increasing
- Understanding Lettings Law and being confident in your ability to give the correct answers to your team, landlords and tenants.
- Understanding the severity of Lettings Legislation
- Giving a top quality service and pushing clients for testimonials on Google
- Making sure rental properties are being kept to a habitable standard following HHSRS
- Holding morning team meetings to discuss daily targets
- Striving to hit company targets and help to grow the business
- Inputting data into Microsoft Excel to enable us to keep up to date with daily figures
- Ensuring we are ontop of rent arrears and renewing safety certificates in good time
- Assisting in the serving of Section Notices
- Providing a good service with a positive attitude

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Experience working in a Property Lettings role is essential.
- GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
- Proven work experience within a customer service role
- Exceptional IT skills using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full UK clean driving licence

**Experience**:
