An opportunity has arisen to work with an expanding family run Furniture Manufacturers/Installers, part-time role with flexible hours Monday - Friday.

Self motivated individual with previous office administration and accounts experience essential. Able to confidently work independently.

Experience of working with Sage 50 required. Good numeracy and communication skills.

Responsible for all aspects of accounts office administration including:
Bookkeeping - managing invoices

VAT returns

Sub-contractor payments

Supplier payments

Sage accounts (Inc. Construction industry software)

Ad hoc general admin support if required to cover staff absence

Coordination of incoming documentation and processing

Completion of site safety documentation

Ordering materials

Producing quotations

Dealing with customer orders and following through to completion

Managing customer files

Maintaining and developing where necessary office filing systems

Dealing with clients, customers and operatives as well as personnel of all levels within the company

Other general office duties as they arise

We are a small family run business so you'll be working alongside the company owners to ensure our projects work smoothly and are completed on time.

**Job Types**: Part-time 3-4 days per week, Contract

**Salary**: £10-12 per hour dependant on experience
