**Lettings Administrator**
- This exciting role is based in a most successful Lettings Agency and requires a very well organised, efficient and professional individual to coordinate all admin-based duties for this incredibly busy department.
- You must be very well organised, efficient, and professional as you will be co-ordinating all admin within the department, whilst conducting some duties associated with a Lettings Consultant including liaising with landlords and tenants by telephone onvarious topics.

- You will require experience in this type of work, be organized, efficient and able to work at a quick pace and accurately.
- You will also need to be able to deal with landlords and tenants on a one to one basis with confidence and knowledge of the lettings laws.
- This job can be pressurized and so you will need to be able to work while maintaining an excellent customer service at all times.

**Lettings Administrator**
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

**Lettings Administrator**

Remuneration: Basic salary to £22,000 plus quarterly bonuses and profit share taking the overall salary to £25,000.
