We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Support & Training Officer to join our team at Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 13:30.

The post holder will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes. To co-ordinate and run IT training programmes for staff in NHS Lanarkshire (NHSL), including user guides and procedures, which support the implementation of new computer systems within Lanarkshire. As part of the eHealth Programme Implementation & Support Training team the post holder will liaise directly with users of Lanarkshire Applications to assess their training requirements and be responsible for maintaining and producing summary information about training delivered and will provide support to Managers and Departments during and after the implementation process.

The following knowledge, training and/or experience is required:

- The post holder should have proven ability to effectively design and deliver training and development packages and work to tight deadlines.
- The post holder should have in-depth experience in a healthcare environment, for example experience in an operational department, and be able to demonstrate an understanding of interdepartmental relationships.
- The post holder should have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products, e.g.Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
