**Customer Service Coordinator - Weekend and Weekdays available**
**Crawley**
**Part time - 15-20 hours**
**Permanent**
To be responsible for an essential service to patients, relatives and healthcare professionals. To be the first point of contact for receiving and dealing with a variety of calls ranging from enquiries from the public, patient/carer requests, notificationsof death, prescription requests, servicing of equipment and faults/breakdowns.
**DUTIES**
- To deal with all enquiries from patients/carers in an empathetic and effective manner within company agreed timescales
- To take replenishment orders from patients and attempt to solve any equipment related issues over the telephone
- To ensure that all enquiries are completed according to departmental procedures and within set quality standards
- To work to organisational and departmental targets as specified
- To work with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator on process improvements and projects
**Skills & Knowledge**
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to record data accurately
- Excellent written, verbal and numerical communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to show empathy
- Demonstrate a flexible attitude to work and shift changes
**Working Hours**
- **PLEASE NOTE the company have 4 part time vacancies available, the number in brackets show how many people they are recruiting for the set hours.**:
- Mon to Fri 9am to 1pm (x1)
- Mon to Fri 10:30am to 2:30pm (x2)
- Saturday and Sunday 11am to 7pm (x1)
**Salary**
- Salary for the 20 hrs PT role is: £11,200
- Salary for the 15 hrs PT role is: £8,400
