Job Description

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage their own workload, work independently, and adhere to strict regulations and deadlines.

The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client relationships, liaising with the team, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor and update KPI spreadsheets to track resident satisfaction, complaints, and defects
  • Produce monthly customer reports to track key performance indicators
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and raise material orders/requisitions as required to meet programme deadlines
  • Input and maintain data on the management system
  • Provide feedback/comments on failures or requirements
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Proactive and self-starter with an eye for detail
  • Able to manage own workload, work independently, and adhere to strict regulations and deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills, confident to communicate with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while ensuring self-care
  • Good administration and IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Working Environment:

  • You will be one of 10 Client Coordinators with ownership of your own client caseload.
