**Summary**:_As an HR Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to the HR Director and Executive Team, you will also be responsible for HR administration and lead on the organisation of board and company meetings. The rolewill include helping and assisting with the office management, facilities, H&S and add a unique value to the team in our fast-paced office environment in which you will have the full support of the HR Director in your role._
- We are looking for someone who can form a close working relationship with the HR Director and be motivated to cover a wide range of activities from HR to organising events, H&S and office management._
- If you are proactive, organised, a good multi tasker, good at engaging with team members at all levels with experience as an Executive Assistant or HR Assistant we are keen to hear from you._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **_Executive Support_**:

- _Working directly with the HR Director to support all aspects of HR BAU_
- _Maintaining calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and managing expenses and travel arrangements_
- _Power point and reporting as necessary for the board_
- _Administration support to Executive Team_
- _Care taker of office supplies and meeting lunches, drinks and all things that help the office run smoothly_
- **_Human Resources_**:

- _HR Administration support, including contracts of employments, new starter paperwork, Inductions, policies, letters and any ad hoc duties_
- _Absence, annual reviews and note taking_
- _Implement and coordinate communication across the business_
- _Develop initiatives including wellbeing and company benefits_
- _Organise and coordinate company events_

**Key Skills/Experience**:

- _Prior Experience in working with or supporting Senior/Executives Teams as an PA/EA_
- _Previous experience in working in HR administration (nice to have), but definitely an interest in this area._
- _Excellent organisation, ability to multi task and time management skills_
- _Highly discrete and comfortable handling confidential information_
- _Energetic, engaging and eager to tackle new projects and ideas and to get everyone involved_
- _Thrives on variety, busy workloads and changes, and loves to be kept busy in a positive and growing business_
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with tight deadlines when necessary_
- _A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across a number of teams_
