**Weekend Customer Service Representative - AirBnB**

**Location**:Our HQ at Hesdin Estate, Chapmanslade (office based, no remote working)

**Job Type**:Part-Time (Weekends) 9am-2pm Saturday and Sunday

We're on the hunt for a proactive and enthusiastic Weekend Customer Services Associate to join our crew. If you love chatting with people, have a knack for solving problems and enjoy a mix of tasks, this role is your perfect fit

**Responsibilities**:

- Guest Interaction: Be the friendly face (or voice) that answers guest queries and requests.

- Facilities Checks: Keep an eye on our guest facilities - make sure everything’s just right.
