Job description
**Job Title - **Administrator (Contracts Support)
**Hours** - Full Time, 37.5 hours
**Location** - Bingham, Nottingham (Head Office)

We are a leading Fire Engineering and Consultancy Business. We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels, Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.
**What you will do**
- Deal with customer complaints
- Complete daily tasks using clients’ online portals, imputing enquiries, variations, handover docs
- Implement processes to streamline activities both on-site and internal office functions
- Liaise with clients regarding programme of works
- Liaise with tenants and scheme managers regarding access, keep records of no access
- Plan Radar and Bolster management, creating new users and pulling of reports
- Third Party Certification administration
- Review Asbestos reports and raise concerns with the relevant Contracts Manager
- Closeout projects with Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Assist commercial department with valuation

- A genuine enthusiasm to learn and develop their own skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK and everything it takes to successfully complete pre-employment screening including credit and employment referencing and DBS checking.
