JOB DESCRIPTION - Administrator
**Job Title **Administrator
**Department **Admin Office
**Reports To **Operations Manager
**Reportees **None
To prepare quotations, process orders and customer service duties.
**Purpose of the Role**
- Daily liaison with Sales, Purchasing and Production
- Efficient Order Processing on Interprise
- Contract Review of all orders prior to going into production
**Key Deliverables Assist team members with order processing and follow up duties**
- General Customer Service Duties including Filing, Answering Telephones,
Post, Checking of paperwork
**Need to know How to use relevant computer packages including Microsoft word, excel, and general CRM database management.**
- Work with others in a variety of situations
- Work under own initiative with minimum supervision
**Need to do Problem solve using independent ability to analyse problems that may occur**
- Liaise with Sales team on lead times and any unforeseen circumstances outside of company control
- Prioritise work daily
- Have good quality inter-personal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Adopt a good professional approach both internally and externally using appropriate language
**Expected behaviour**
- Be flexible and prepared to work in different departments when required
- Keen to learn and develop skills
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Burnley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
