**Job Purpose**:
To provide essential admin assistance to support the Recruitment and wider HR teams ensuring the successful sourcing and efficient on boarding of new employees.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing new starter documentation including contracts and offer letters
- Booking and co-ordinating interviews
- Taking minutes and preparing agendas for internal meetings
- Create, manage and post job advertisements on various platforms
- Attend events where necessary
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Lead with any project work required

**Experience and Knowledge**:

- Previous HR/Recruitment experience is desirable
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages to include, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel is essential
- Administration experience in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive and able to manage own workload
