**The Opportunity**:

We are currently recruiting for a Support to Study Case Officer** **to join the rapidly expanding Arden University.
You'll have responsibility for the organisation and management of Fitness to Study referrals, providing advice and guidance to staff and students and recommending the appropriate course of action in accordance with the University’s regulations and procedures.
**About You**:
We would like to hear from applicants who have the following experience:
- High competence in casework management including prioritising and monitoring, including gathering evidence and information from various sources and people
- Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the impact of mental health difficulties on academic engagement
- Used to working in a multi-disciplinary environment under time pressure and using own initiative
- Experience of working with a variety of IT systems including SharePoint and office 365, Microsoft packages
- Experience of handling complex student queries
- Experience of action planning and reporting
- An understanding of case management, and effective triage
- Experience of providing high level administrative support to formal committee or panels and meetings involving internal and external stakeholders
