About the role

**Some of the main duties of the role will be**:
To support, and deputise for, the PA to the Executive Operations Director.

Diary management, arranging meetings, organising travel and hotel accommodation, book training and conferences, arranging for payment of invoices, processing of credit card statements, and maintaining an efficient digital filing system.

To provide ad hoc administrative support to the senior management team within the Operations Directorate.

Contributing to the review and improvement of own/departmental practices and objectives.

To provide ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant, other PAs and Leadership Group members as required.

About you

We are looking for an individual that has a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (Grade C / Level 4) or equivalent in Mathematics and English, as well as excellent verbal and written skills. A strong administration background with a minimum of 3 years proven experience and knowledge of using Microsoft packages is essential.

A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel is required.
