**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Be the first point of contact, meet and greet our visitors/contractors and direct to the correct location and issue relevant door passes and alarms.
- Control the secure door, allowing access to only those with relevant authority access.
- General admin, keeping records updated and ensuring our daily rotas are accurate and any changes are dealt with swiftly.
- Testing panic alarms to ensure our visitors safety.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Microsoft package knowledge - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
