**NTS Career Returner - Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator**

**What is the key purpose of this role?**

To provide effective support and assistance to enable the effective resourcing and onboarding of talent in to NTS.

Support with the implementation of our new recruitment system and ensure all processes are implemented efficiently.

Ensure with the Recruitment Lead the recruitment process is serving the business’ needs.

To provide support to the wider HR team as and when required.

**We offer flexible opportunities including full time, part time, job share & hybrid**

**NTS **are partnering with Women Returners to launch their first Returners Programme. By introducing this programme, we aim to support those who have been out of the workplace for 18 months or more to flexibly re-start their career and develop their skills and experience in an established and growing global organisation.

You will be an experienced professional who has the right to work in the UK and who has had a career break of 18 months or more (as of April 2023). You may have been working small-scale around other commitments or not done any paid work during this period.

You will be interested in joining a values-led business, embracing the NTS culture of freedom, drive and helpfulness and kick-starting the next chapter of your career.

We are keen to hear from people whose previous careers were in a number of sectors including, but not limited to, nuclear, rail, shipping, infrastructure, engineering and consulting.

The position is aimed at individuals looking to get back into the HR and Recruitment.
