Our client is one of the world's leading providers of Integrated Supply Solutions to manufacturing industries.

They are looking for an HR Administrator to join their small but fast paced team. This will be a hybrid role with 1 day a week based in the office. (but more if prefer)

The role is primarily responsible for processing accurately all starters, leavers, alterations and amendments of contracts of employment for UK & Europe.

The role will provide support in all areas of HR, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee engagement, performance management, pay reviews and succession planning. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn andhas worked previously within HR in a very fast based, ever changing environment. Excellent attention to detail is essential.

**Requirements**:
*Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with all levels of employees globally
- A presentable and professional attitude
- A high regard for confidentiality
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Word and Power Point with the willingness and ability to learn excel
- Knowledge of Success Factors or use of an HR Database is desirable
