**About the role**

As an Office Administrator for The Bond Board, you will be part of a team responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office and undertake administrative duties for our charitable letting agency and for the organisation. You will be self-motivated, able to show initiative and can adapt to new challenges and provide creative solutions.

**About you**

To succeed you’ll need:

- **Essential Criteria**_

1. At least two years office experience working with a wide range of general admin/finance procedures (e.g. dealing with enquiries and correspondence, ensuring the smooth running of the office, liaising with contractors, ordering equipment, dealing with invoices, petty cash, filing etc).

2. Excellent IT skills, to be fully competent with all Microsoft Office software.

3. A good telephone manner and good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with the team and public at all levels.

4. The ability to keep accurate financial records.

5. The ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, manage several tasks concurrently, and work under pressure.

6. Experience of arranging and servicing meetings, including booking venues, taking minutes and circulating relevant documents to those taking part.
