Our client, a family-run company based in Rochdale, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and efficient individual to become an integral part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Answer and direct calls in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain and update internal administrative systems accurately and efficiently
Respond to emails promptly and effectively
Manage data in Excel spreadsheets with a keen eye for detail
Follow up on and verify proof of delivery
Attach delivery information to the correct accounts
Assist with credit control tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in chasing payments over the phone
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
