**Job Title: Office Administrator**

**Salary: £25,000 p.a.**

**Location: Rochdale**

**Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Permanent, Full Time)**

We are assisting our client, a private care company based in Rochdale to recruit an efficient and resourceful administrative assistant to provide support across the training, operations and recruitment functions of this busy office. Within this role you will assist the general administrative duties across the business and will be a proactive and professional individual with a passion for administration and paying strong attention to detail in all that you do.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business.
- Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite, professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.
- Maintain effective systems ensuring that all filing and databases are kept up to date.
- Support service delivery process including ensuring compliance, collecting activity logs and updating systems.
- Coordinate holidays for the office team and Carers.
- Coordinate employee retention activities such as newsletters, employee of the month etc.
- Coordinate social media activities such as Facebook, Twitter and website blogs etc.
- Provide staff eLearning support and monitoring.
- Provide project admin support to ensure successful project implementation and timely adoption where appropriate.
- Control the office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

**Person Specification**:

- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail across administrative activities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Some experience assisting with social media from a business perspective
- Ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
- Desirable to have some experience with e-learning systems
