**Job Summary**:

- **Office Administration Duties**
- Setting up project files
- Printing site drawings and updating drawing registers
- Scanning/photocopying/laminating documents
- Downloading tender documents
- Provide administration support to office team as required
- Holiday cover for team members
- Dealing with incoming calls

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum of 2 year’s previous experience in an Administration role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, hardworking and positive
- Ability to take initiative when it comes to your workload and prioritising tasks.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,080.62 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
