Edinburgh, United Kingdom NatWest Group Full time

Our people work differently depending on their jobs and needs. From hybrid working to flexible hours, we have plenty of options that help our people to thrive.

This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.

Join us as our TPRM Relationships Lead
- Take on a role where you’ll be the main interface for our third-party risk management (TPRM) processes and tools, while supporting senior level stakeholders and third-party relationships
- Day-to-day, you’ll identify and assess risks in line with the External Outsourcing (EO) framework and any regulatory requirements
- Thrive in a position where you’ll have the opportunity to utilise your leadership skills to make a far-reaching impact through your work

**What you’ll do**:
As our TPRM Relationships Lead, you’ll manage critical stakeholder relationships to guide our users of the EO framework to assist with any third-party outsourcing risks in line with regulatory obligations and internal TPRM processes.

Alongside this, you’ll own our communication strategy and plans to support our stakeholders to develop an understanding of the TPRM processes. You’ll also lead bank-wide engagements to provide the oversight regarding the suite of TPRM services, like reporting and MI.

Your top priorities will include:

- Working with critical business and TPRM stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving existing processes to ensure the best results for end users
- Owning enhancements and updates to the EO framework and standards in line with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Developing effective relationships with a wide variety of teams to provide appropriate counsel and guidance to support the effective management of EO risk across our bank
- Utilising your knowledge, experience and expertise to drive potential enhancements that’re identified across our TPRM processes
- Leading bank-wide engagements with business entities to provide the oversight regarding the effectiveness of the EO framework and changes in outsourcing regulations
- Managing outsourcing regulatory rules mapping and external outsourcing regulatory governance
- Engaging with a variety of different teams to deliver appropriate guidance, tools and outsourcing regulatory training to sustain the TPRM capability across our bank

**The skills you’ll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll have experience of building robust relationships with senior business leaders and a background of delivering exceptional customer service through collaboration and innovation.

Having experience of non-financial risk and outsourcing would be advantageous.

In addition, you’ll need:

- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills that’re demonstrated across a range of senior stakeholders and executives, with an emphasis on advising them about TPRM
- A track record of developing and managing an effective framework to deliver a communication strategy and plans to stakeholders and executives in a large organisation
- A background of managing a global team that’s focused on excellence and driving continuous improvements
