On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for an **Assurance Manager** for a **12-month** contract based in **Edinburgh. (Hybrid working)**

NatWest are a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.

**Purpose of the Role**:
Responsible for providing assurance over a key regulatory remediation programme, making sure that there is confidence that the programme will deliver the expected results, to the expected levels of quality in line with regulatory requirements, for customersand stakeholders. The programme is delivering a revised Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Operating Model and remediation activity.

**As an Assurance Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring Programme scope and planning deliverables address PRA Findings, target programme outcomes and any risks/gaps identified during Root Cause Analysis. Pre improvement assurance of outcomes.
- Reviewing and confirming completion of actions in remediation plan submitted to the PRA. Collate and review supporting evidence.
- Ensuring proposed solution meets regulatory requirements.
- Delivering a series targeted reviews to assure key programme outcomes.
- Reviewing of Target operating model including go forward Assurance model.
- Attendance at key working group meetings and other relevant forums, ensuring any key decisions are reviewed and captured**.**
- Knowledge and experience of assurance of programme delivery and outcomes.
- Experience of implementation of regulatory programmes.
- Knowledge and experience of supply chain and third-party risk management (desirable but not essential).
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Clear concise report writing/briefing.
- Strong organisation skills and astute attention to detail.
- Proactive team player.
