We have a very exciting, challenging role within our Service Delivery team and we are looking for someone who will work closely with both our South West and West region to support and drive the national networking initiative to connect service delivery functions to develop nationwide collaboration. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders and utilising their direct reports to ensure outstanding standards of service, care, cleanliness and communication are delivered first time, for every client.

**What will I be doing as a Regional Service Delivery Lead?**

As a Regional Service Delivery Lead, you will be ensuring clients are supported by establishing a customer-first relationship and cultivating a strong/active network of partners to drive 1st class standards across the business. The main focus of this role is to be responsible for creating a framework for the successful implementation of service delivery across designated regions, this includes, people, stock, assets and fleet management along with the procurement of contracts, performance and KPI's.

Other duties will include:

- Is responsible for improving profitability, performance and operational efficiencies within funeral operations through the effective utilisation of fleet and resources
- Accountable for ensuring that exceptional standards of care and compliance are maintained within operations to deliver an outstanding client service every time
- Works collaboratively with the Business Leaders, Head of Region and Head of Service Delivery ensuring an effective and seamless client experience is maintained for each client, every time
- Collaborates with the Head of Service Delivery to establish best practices and ensure fulfilment of applicable quality and regulatory standards appertaining to the operation of the service
- Supports the integration of acquisitions and implementation of property projects, including the transition to future state
- Manages and monitors the local implementation of 3rd party contracts (e.g. Network Rail) and escalates any non-adherence to SLA to the relevant parties
**What Do I Need?**
- Has worked within Service Delivery or Business Change for multiple years with demonstrated experience in a role similar to this
- Experience in multi-site management as well as having an awareness of resource planning and fleet management
- Has a commercial awareness with a good understanding of the operational side of a business and how to incorporate changes into the wider business
- Are able to build relationships, liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well in order to drive change
- Enjoys problem-solving and gets satisfaction from delivering high-quality solutions to complex problems
- Thrives in a complex and fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is often required and can work in a methodical way
- Has a Full UK Driving Licence and is happy working from numerous locations and with numerous teams and individuals in order to deliver results
**Advantageous**:

- Previous experience in the industry and working within funeral services would be helpful but not essential
