We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of the management structure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of multiple projects across the UK.

">Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an office-based role with regular travel to various sites across the UK to support regional operations. All expenses will be covered, including transport and accommodation.

">Key Responsibilities
Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor Supervisors and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Plan for Success: Take charge of scheduling rotas, coordinating work programmes, and ensuring every site is ready for action with the correct equipment and materials.
Hands-On Operations: Visit sites across the UK to provide on-the-ground support, ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining the highest operational standards.
Ensure Compliance: Champion health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting regular audits to guarantee safe, compliant work environments.
Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance quality, and reduce costs, delivering value across all projects.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for cross-departmental queries, liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless operations.

">Requirements
A proven track record in Civils or similar multi-site operational roles.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of Supervisors and their crews.
Exceptional organisational abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring site readiness.
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance .
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK to support regional operations.
Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
