We are looking for an online sales administrator to join our busy and ever-growing office. Situated in Livingston we are a wholesalers and manufacturers with over 1000 customers who are expanding our office team.

A desire to learn, a keen eye for detail and brilliant communication skills are a must.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Customer Relationships

Answering customer queries, requests and feeding back to customers

Ensure all customer data is kept up-to-date

Order Processing - Processing orders through the multiple systems.

Product Knowledge - Understand a large range of products and liaising with suppliers

Booking in shipments on courier platforms

Maintaining online stock systems

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
Customer service experience

Keen eye for detail and accuracy

Brilliant communication skills

Dynamic and willing to take on a very varied role

Microsoft Office experience

The position will require you to work 5 days a week, 8am-12pm.

Opportunity for overtime and weekend shifts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
