**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, 40 weeks a year

**About the Role**

Do you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm to make a difference in a college which focuses on the Creative Arts? Do you want to work for a college with over 30 years of teaching and learning experience within a friendly and professional team of specialist, creative teachers?

We are seeking someone with well-developed organisational, communication and team working skills. You will also be able to meet targets and deadlines. You will provide high-quality support to students with learning difficulties and disabilities within the Additional Learning Support Team. Team working and communication within an overall approach that values _people _will be of key importance.

You will provide a range of focused interventions for vulnerable, “At Risk”, or students with identified support needs through a variety of interactions including, 1-1 support, buddying and mentoring.

We offer extensive support to new staff through a thorough Induction programme and regular support and coaching throughout your first year.

You will have experience in working or volunteering with Young People and/or Vulnerable Adults and if you have a Coaching / Mentoring /Teaching or Youth Work qualification this would be the icing on the cake Please download the job description for more information.

**Salary**: £20,319 per annum, pro rata (£18,208 actual, term-time only salary)
