About the Opportunity:

Cover People/Worldwide Teaching is recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant in a Primary School based in Rochdale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in the lives of learners with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to learners with complex physical and behavioral needs
  • Implement individualized plans to meet the needs of each learner
  • Work closely with the class teacher to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure they are informed about their child's progress

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience working with children
  • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEN and complex needs
  • Excellent behavior management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • DBS on update register
  • References for last 2 years work history
  • Up to date CV

Benefits:
