Job Title: Support Role for Students with Complex Needs

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, supporting students with complex physical and medical needs in a secondary school setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in caring for individuals with complex needs and be able to provide excellent support to students, staff, and families.

This role offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with complex physical and medical needs, including SEN, Medical, and Physical needs
  • Provide emotional support to students, staff, and families
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals around complex issues and needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in caring for individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
