**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant in a Primary School based in Rochdale.
The role involves providing individualized support to learners with complex physical needs and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop tailored support plans and implement strategies to meet the needs of each student.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working with children with SEN and complex needs
- Strong behavior management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including a comprehensive induction program and opportunities for professional development.
