Role: Full-time Permanent contract; Basic Hours: Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.

About the Company

Archway Roadmaster UK Ltd. (ARUK), based in Scunthorpe, operate a fleet of Roadmaster Spray Injection Patching machines, providing road maintenance and repair services to clients throughout Great Britain. Using a collaborative approach with our employees, customers, and other stakeholders we deliver our services in a safe, sustainable, and efficient manner.

Job Purpose

**Main Responsibilities Include**:

- Providing general administrative support to the hire operations of the company, including answering the phone, creating reports as required, etc.
- Coordinating the supply of all materials required, including processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and confirming delivery dates and times
- Arranging travel and accommodation bookings for management team, and other events, e.g., staff events, inductions, stand down days, training days, etc.
- Arranging accommodation and vehicle hires for operators and fitters as required, normally on a weekly basis during main season
- Creating and updating Purchase Orders in the Company’s accounting software for material, haulage, and accommodation purchases
- Updating appropriate credit card logs
- Review and approval of supplier invoices & delivery dockets
- Administration of Company fuel cards including ordering, distribution, maintaining records and cancelling cards
- Providing information to relevant departments, including A/P & A/R to enable accounts to process supplier invoices and sales invoices by deadline each month
- Assisting with the follow up of fleet traffic fines/penalties, including parking fines, speeding fines and late tolls, engaging with the relevant employee, line manager, and HR/payroll as required.
- Meeting minute taking as required, while participating and contributing to contract meetings, weekly operator calls & company calls
- Drive to post office, stores or other locations as required
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and GDPR regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

**Experience & Requirements**
- A minimum of three years office experience is required
- A relevant Third level qualification is desirable but not essential
- A full clean driving licence is essential
- Possess strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills
- Must be a motivated team player with a strong sense of commitment to the team
- Strong attention to detail & a high level of accuracy required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communications skills are required, especially as our operators are usually remote lone workers
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential
- Confidentiality, honesty & integrity is essential
- Must be able to demonstrate your ‘_Right to Work’_ in the UK
