Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities and duties will include**:
- Receiving internal/external calls, ensuring all calls are dealt with efficiently
- Welcome customers into the office reception and notifying relevant staff of attendance
- Control of the switchboard
- Work within a busy open office
- General admin duties to include filing, data entry, photocopying
- Provide admin support to managers
**Qualifications and skills required**:
- Competent on all Microsoft Office programmes
- Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
- Positive attitude
- Organised
- Previous experience of an administrative role
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- DN158SD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
