Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service agent and Sales Administrator to join our growing team.

We are looking for a professional, personable and enthusiastic person who will help us to deliver the highest levels of customer service and operational effectiveness to our stockist, professional painter, interior designer and homeowner customers.

Key Responsibilities

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills - will be required to communicate with professional painter, homeowner and designer customers over the telephone.

Outstanding customer service - will be required to support customers in a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient manner to deliver outstanding customer service.

Works well under pressure - will be required to stay calm and positive in a busy work environment.

IT literate - will be required to process customer's orders efficiently through various computer-based systems

Personal presentation - will be required to be well presented and to behave in a professional and courteous manner to customers
