**About Our Client**:
**Sales Administrator - Slough**: Market leading truly international business with an excellent record of looking after employees. This business have a great team environment with a welcoming and inclusive environment. They are based close to public transport and have modern offices.

**Sales Administrator - Slough**:

- Daily processing of orders into the ERP system to ensure all orders processed promptly
- Liaise with customers, company sales representatives, production and warehouse to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Ensure all customer queries are handed quickly and efficiently in a professional manner
- Ensure all sales orders are captured and loaded correctly
- Follow up on queries if the information does not match
- Where required, place purchase orders with suppliers
- Undertake general administrative duties and any other business as deemed appropriate for the level of the role

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Detail orientated.
- Dealing with pricing and billing queries
- Ensuring correct entry on sales orders
- Supporting the sales team
- Strong PC skills - particularly in excel.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Creative forward thinking individual with a bias toward the customer.
- Proactive with the ability to identify issues and see through to resolution.
- Confidence to challenge information and then prioritise.
- Good levels of numeracy.
