Sales Operations Administrator

My client within the clothing industry are looking for an additional Sales Operations Administrator to join their team

A lovely family run business in a great friendly environment.

This role would be great for someone who likes a varied role and who is happy to get involved in all departments

Benefits - Pension, parking, great team environment and casual dress.

This position will play an integral role in the sales department supporting the sales director and will provide administrative support to the sales team and various departments. You will meet and greet any customers visiting our showroom, and answer any sales customer queries they may have.

**Responsibilities**:
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries, and updating them on their orders when necessary
Running sales reports when requested
Help set up or show room for any customer meeting we have
Send Samples to our customers when requested
Support the sales director with preparing meetings
Arranging beverages and snacks for meetings
Meeting and greeting customers when arriving at the office and directing them where appropriate

**Organising and maintaining diaries**: making appointments
Managing the photo-shoots when necessary, with our external photographer, and helping to prepare the garments
Organising travel arrangements for the sales director.

**Skills**:
In addition to relevant experience and, you will need to show evidence of the following:
Exceptional written and oral communication skills; a friendly
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
