**Administration**
- Contacting customers during the installation planning process to keep them updated with any information they may require
- Uploading customer documents/surveys/letters/contracts etc on to the in-house CRM system
- Managing the survey process i.e. uploading completed surveys to CRM, flagging up any sales issues with the relevant management team, update the installation schedule with information from the survey and sending out customer authorisation letters
- Planning of installations by liaising with our team of installers and confirming installation dates with customers
- Ordering materials for installations using SAGE 50
- Arranging rubbish collections
- Taking customer payments over the phone

**Customer service**
- You will be the first point of contact for any inbound calls and rectify any customer/installer issues in the first instance
- Dealing with any remedials / issues that may arise from any recent installations in a timely manner. This will include planning in aftercare surveys, installer revisits, sending new parts direct to site, liaising with warehouse regarding transportation and liaising with customers to arrange suitable dates for the works to be carried out.
- Dealing with customer complaints wherever possible and/or escalating the complaints to the relevant management personnel.
- Contacting customers and fitters week before install to confirm date and eta.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
