**Job Purpose**

Manage all Human Resources activities required to grow the company and ensure its smooth running. This role shall manage all recruitment of future THAY Medical staff, their induction programmes, training, well-being during their time of work and leaving processes.

**Synopsys**

The _Human Resources Coordinator_ role is a new position which is required by THAY Medical to continue its growth and management of its current team.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Staff recruitment** - You will be responsible for the recruitment of staff for the future growth and management of THAY Medical.

2. **Staff retention** - You will be responsible for the retention of staff through monitoring their well-being along with the Management team and direct reports. Monitoring the staff and helping them to achieve their role, listening and acting will be optimal.

3. **Annual Appraisals and Reviews **- You will manage the annual appraisals for each THAY Medical staff member and ensure they are planned, executed and recorded. Any updates to Job Descriptions, Contracts and Training Plans will be documented.

4. **Staff Leaving process **- You will be responsible for managing the leaving process for any THAY Medical employee who decides to leave for any reason, along with ensuring all activities of the process are completed on time.

5. **Training **- You shall be responsible for coordinating all training activities - training plans, training research, training costing and approvals and records of training for THAY Medical staff.

6. **Travel **- You will manage all travel requirements such as ESTA’s, visa’s and working permits as needed in the different countries which THAY Medical works in.

7. **Holidays **- You will manage holiday records, requests and update resource plans to ensure THAY Medical staff take holidays and communicate this using calendars.

8. **HR Policies **- You will manage and review Human Resources policies and the regulations that focus on employees and any legal requirements that could affect THAY Medical staff.

9. **Absenteeism** - You will manage and record absenteeism from work, sickness and any other reasons for not working. Additionally, be the conduit for all communication for absenteeism.

10. **Health & Safety in the workplace **- You will manage the training of health and safety in the workplace with respect to coronavirus and other risks to THAY Medical staff.

11. **Quality **- Work to the requirements of ISO 13485 and the company Quality Management System.

12. **Personal -** You will be flexible, professional, friendly, accommodating, and confident in nature as well as to understand the role of THAY Medical in the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

13. **Personal -** Be a self-starter and personally manage yourself with respect to time and work requirements, travel and materials to perform the work.

**Essential**

Relevant qualification i.e. Degree or other

Excellent customer skills,

Good computer skills

5+ years in industry

Human Resources experience in industry

Smart and well presented

Team player

Proactive and highly organised

Excellent communication skills

Clear communicator both face to face and on the telephone

Excellent negotiator

Excellent organiser

Excellent manager

Financial understanding

**Desirable**

Human Resources training or experience

Health and Safety in the workplace, Legal regulations relevant to HR

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
