With this and its accompanying growth ambitions, we are evolving how we resource the Pubs Marketing Team to ensure that we are more customer focussed, digitally savvy and extracting increased commercial value from our Marketing activity.

**Your rewards as Creative Campaign Coordinator at H&W**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the chief liaison with the print & creative agencies to get key campaigns over the line and delivered on time and into the Managed Houses
- Maintain day to day social media including helping Managed Houses with admin requests, troubleshooting and general housekeeping
- Manage the communications calendar and update teams accordingly with what to expect and when
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Managed Houses Head of Marketing on all key marketing initiatives including on reporting, delivery of key projects etc
- Be commercial in the sense of developing creative, campaigns and marketing that sells to our target audiences and increases covers

**Core Tasks**:

- Come up with great ideas to promote the key campaigns in our pubs
- Write detailed briefs for key campaigns for our agencies to deliver
- Engage daily if needed with our agencies to ensure items are delivered to spec and on time
- Manage from start to finish all house videoshoots and photoshoots
- Maintain the in-house imagery library by segment and liaise with houses so they know where to find good imagery
- Deliver written communications for all guest communications as may be tasked by the Digital Marketing Manager or Managed Houses Head of Marketing
- Write up reports and insights on key campaigns where required
- Design of a-boards, posters and other point of sale materials
- Manage posting of central social media posts and day to day tasks

**Key Knowledge, Skills and Education**:

**Degree educated & marketing qualifications a plus
- Copywriting experience and interest preferred but not essential
- Experience in creating ideas into briefs and delivering marketing campaigns from start to finish is a must
- Proven experience in running integrated marketing campaigns
- Hospitality experience preferred but not essential
