**RESPONSIBILITY OF RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST/ CONSULTANT**:

- Continually develop a successful billing desk for the business
- Have sole responsibility to identify and develop new clients within region, which will involve personal face-to-face sales visits
- Seek networking opportunities that offer prospects to convert into commercial activity
- Advise on and sell the most appropriate permanent and temporary solutions to clients
- Offer CV, interview and general career advice
- Work in conjunction with our Recruitment Coordinator ensuring an efficient process is utilised

**THE IDEAL NEW TEAM MEMBER**:

- A strong and proven track record in recruitment, sales, networking or the passion to create a fulfilling career in sales/ recruitment

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Must be able to overcome objection and be persistent, but professional in approach
- Have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task

**WHAT’S ON OFFER**:

- Basic salary in the region of £22,000 - £35,000, depending on experience with regular review focused on performance
- Generous and rewarding uncapped monthly commission structure

- Regular individual and team incentives
- 22 days annual leave, rising annually, plus bank holidays

- 3pm finish on a Friday (Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm & Friday: 8.30am - 3pm)
