If so, we want to hear from you Culture Recruitment Group is looking for a collaborative and skilled Pricing and Contracts Manager to join our client's inclusiveand successful team. This full-time pricing and contracts management role is Hybrid and offers a salary of £30,000-£45,000 and excellent benefits.

As a flexible Pricing and Contracts Manager, you will help maintain and develop the company's pricing strategies and tools. You will also support customer-facing teams in promoting innovative and flexible commercial models to enable them to deliver profitablegrowth.

If you were already in this Pricing and Contracts Manager role, here are some areas you would have been working in this week:

- Working with the Head of Pricing to ensure a pricing strategy is defined and implemented consistently across the business
- Constantly maintaining, improving, and updating pricing tools
- Training the sales and pre-sales teams on the effective use of the tools
- Assisting as a point of contact regarding contractual and commercial issues
- Managing the contract mailbox daily to ensure closure requests are dealt with promptly and that the company has all the necessary paperwork

To succeed, you will need to be able to work well under pressure, maintain high standards, and focus on detail. You will also need to think in a structured way, be highly analytical, and be able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks. In addition, you shouldbe knowledgeable about the IT managed services and cloud market, be curious about technology, be willing to learn and have an excellent understanding of financial concepts. Additional skills and experience required include:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive and vibrant personality
- Willingness to be flexible and to adapt to new demands in a busy environment
- Experience in pricing IT managed services, network, or cloud-based services
- Excellent Excel skills and experience in top analytical tools, such as the Microsoft Power Platform tools
- Solid mathematical ability and a firm understanding of commercials and finance
