**The Role**:
The firm's financial services regulatory practice has been growing exponentially over recent years, and are hiring successful lawyers to continue building the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join their cross-border team as a key member, engaging in various aspects of work. You'll collaborate as the lead associate, either alongside a partner or as an integral part of a broader team. We actively promote involvement from all fee earners in business development initiatives to bolster team support.

Within the role you will be responsible for the development and supervision of the junior members of the team, as well as giving them feedback. While also helping to grow the business by securing instructions for, not only, existing clients but new ones as well.

Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.

Another part of this role includes researching new areas of regulation, and new financial services/products and also playing an active role in managing the development of new products and services.
- You will have 3+ years PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
